But for same, Few of the below conditions should be met...

• Proper / Prior intimation mush be given by email - before "Send-back".
• Please Give us 7 Days time from Receipt of your Returned Goods.
• Genuine Reason of Return should be explained by email / Written Letter.
• The Manufacture / Us, will Check validity of your claim.
  
• There should not be any Damage / Tampering of the Product.
• Product Packaging should not be damaged / Torn.
• The Returned Product should be in re-salable condition.
  
• The Product Returned must be in Complete Set / Full Form.
• The Product must have been professionally handled.
• Any Reduction in product value should not take place.
• Warranty is from Vendor / Manufacturer / Authorized Service Provider,
• Warranty claims are not considered as Returns.
  
• Refund or Store Credit will be passed only after Full Satisfaction.

For B2B Customers who have claimed GST Credit...

• User should not raise any GST Credit Note, without our approval.
• Once We Approve, The B2B User needs to raise a GST Credit Note for reversal of the GST back to us.
• Gross Amount will be Refunded upon acceptance as Return.
• The GST Amount will be Refunded once its Credited to us in the GSTN Website.
